In the event that a Client fails to achieve a minimum return of two times (2x) their total investment — inclusive of all subscription fees paid to Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc. and all advertising spend directed by Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc. — in closed real estate commission earnings within twelve (12) months of the Subscription Agreement start date ("Guarantee Period"), Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc. will provide a full refund of subscription fees paid, subject to the eligibility conditions set forth below.
How the Threshold Is Calculated
The minimum return threshold is equal to two times (2x) the Client's total investment during the Guarantee Period, calculated as follows:
Total Investment = Subscription fees paid to Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc. + Total advertising spend directed by Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc.
Minimum Return Threshold = Total Investment × 2
Example: If a Client pays $10,000 in subscription fees and $10,000 in advertising spend, their Total Investment is $20,000. The Client must earn a minimum of $40,000 in gross real estate commissions to fall outside the scope of this Guarantee. If gross commissions earned are less than $40,000, the Client qualifies for a full refund of subscription fees paid.
"Gross real estate commissions" refers to the Client's pre-split, pre-tax commission earnings from closed transactions sourced from leads generated through Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc.'s system during the Guarantee Period. The Client is responsible for providing documented proof of all commission earnings at the time of claim submission.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Performance Guarantee, the Client must have fully complied with all of the following conditions throughout the Guarantee Period:
Paid Advertising: The Client must have maintained a daily advertising budget as determined and directed by Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc., utilizing campaigns designated by the Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc. team; OR
Organic Lead Generation: If the Client elects not to use paid advertising, the Client must have committed to a daily, documented investment of time in organic lead generation activities, as assigned and approved by Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc. Such activities must have been consistently logged in a manner that is trackable and measurable by the Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc. team throughout the Guarantee Period.
Claim Submission
To apply for a refund under this Guarantee, the Client must submit a written request to Client Care at info@scaleyourresults.com no later than thirty (30) days following the expiration of the Guarantee Period. Claims submitted after this deadline will not be considered. The written request must include documented proof of total advertising spend and gross commission earnings during the Guarantee Period.
Verification and Audit Rights
Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc. reserves the right to review and verify all information relevant to a Guarantee claim, including but not limited to:
Lead counts from all active and archived campaigns;
Lead records within the CRM platform;
Advertising spend records and campaign performance data;
Any discrepancies between campaign data and CRM records, including deleted campaigns or leads.
In the event that a discrepancy is identified, Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc. will conduct a reasonable investigation to reconcile the records prior to rendering a decision on the claim.
Additionally, for the purpose of verifying a Client's transaction history and commission earnings, Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc. reserves the right to contact the real estate brokerage or licensing body with which the Client holds their license to confirm prior closed transactions.
Disclaimer
This Performance Guarantee applies exclusively to Clients whose Subscription Agreement expressly incorporates these terms by reference. It does not apply retroactively to any previously executed Subscription Agreements, nor does it constitute a blanket guarantee extended to all current or past Clients of Scaleyourresults.com Coaching Inc. Eligibility is determined solely on the basis of the individual Client's Subscription Agreement and the conditions set forth herein. In the event of any conflict between this Guarantee and the terms of a Client's Subscription Agreement, the terms of the Subscription Agreement shall prevail.
